So I am a little behind the times with my blog. Biggest news for November was our newest additional to the family- Henry James Lyons born Nov. 24th 5:50 pm 9lbs. 6 oz. and 20 inches long.
We also celebrated Thanksgiving with ALL of our family in Fairfield- Both Troy’s parents and my parents, both Troy’s sister’s families and my brother’s families, and my grandparents from Minnesota. It was quite the group gathering! At that time we also celebrated William’s 2 year birthday since it is rare to have that much family together. (His birthday is actually Dec. 5th).
Enjoy the pictures!

William's big boy bed! The transition has been great! It has been a month since he transitioned into it and we have had no problems. He is such a good boy. He does randomly ask "where my crib at?" So it will be interesting when we finally get it up in baby brother's room.
It has been awhile since I have updated our blog. So I will try to just hit some highlights in order to get caught up. In August we went to Oregon to visit Troy's sister, Sarah, and family. It was William's first time on a plane and he did great! We enjoyed hanging out with family, going to the beach and playing with the cousins!
Preparing for our first flight!
William loved these moving walk ways- hours of fun!
All buckled in and ready to go!
Cousins! Isaac-5 and Silas-3 and William-20 months
We made a trip to Minnesota to visit relatives a few weekends ago and my cousin, Kristie, offered to cut anyone's hair who wanted it cut. So we decided it was time for William to get his first haircut. Poor little guy was pushing it out of his face a lot! So in my grandparent's back yard, she went to work while we entertained William with cups of water and blueberries. He did very well. Kristie did a great job with him moving a lot and I was very glad with the way it turned out.
Curls before haircut
Before he could barely see to drive Right before haircut-wondering what is going on Who knew drinking water out of a cup could be so entertaining? Now pouring water in and out of cups- super fun :) William only cried when hair got all over his arm and leg- he wanted it off ASAP! Not even an electric razor could bother a boy with his blueberries. The back- no more curls! A few more blueberries to recover from all the trauma. No more picture-please! Our little baby isn't so little anymore. What a big boy!
