William Turns One!

We celebrated William's birthday in Fairfield at my parents house the Saturday after Thanksgiving when all the family was together. Thanks to Grandma & Grandpa Innis for hosting the big bash! My brother's, Josh & Ben, and Josh's wife, Leah were home as well as my Grandparents from Minnesota. We also had Troy's parents and Anna & Adam with us so it was a great gathering. I will let the pictures speak for themselves and let me tell you it was hard to pick which ones to post because we took a lot! So enjoy!

Happy One Year Birthday William!

Getting Excited!

Finally I own a car!

This will be great fun!

What is going on?

Grandma Lyons made this little cake especially for William. He was very excited about the Cheerios. And for clarification, Uzzy is a nickname we call William sometimes!

Now what?

This could be fun!

First time to try ice cream and he was not impressed!

I don't think William actually ate very much of his cake but he had a good time playing in it!

Yep, the adults had cake too. It was very yummy. Thanks Mary!

Our Little Cow

Our little William was a cow for Halloween. Sarah (Troy's sister) sent us the cow outfit that William's cousins had wore so that was neat to be able to share the costume. We did not parade him around but did dress him up multiple times for some cute pictures. Both set of grandparents were blessed to see our little cow and that was fun. William didn't really mind the outfit until he tried to move and then it was challenging for him. So here are a few pictures...

Our Trip to the Orchard

We went to Wilson's Orchard a few weeks ago and picked some apples and played in the pumpkins. We went with our friends Nathan and Brandi and their daughters, Madison and Delaney. It was a lot of fun!

William is Walking

Monday (Oct. 27) William started walking. He started by taking 4 or 5 steps by himself. He is now moving 5-6 feet at a time- mostly between one thing to the next. It is pretty cute to see such a little person trying to be so grown up :) I am sure his walking will soon turn to running-yikes!

Josh & Leah come for a Visit

Josh (Angela's brother) and his wife, Leah, came to visit us for the weekend. Activities included a trip to the Amish bakery, shooting Troy's bow (boys only), playing Railroads ALL day Saturday (seriously we started around 10:00 and ended around 4:30 with a few breaks here and there- Leah Won!), watching the Iowa game, a bonfire with Anna & Adam-complete with apple cider, hot dog roast, smore's, caramel apples and more-yum-yum, a birthday party for Josh-Happy 25!, and a special appearance from Uncle Ben. :) We had a lot of fun!

good-bye?
